Cachoeira Boca da Onça (Boca da Onça Waterfall) drops 156 meters in free fall, the height of a building with more than 50 floors, and is the tallest waterfall in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
When guests reach the base, they first feel the sound of the water hitting the rock and the mist on their faces before seeing the full drop. Around it, the trail covers 4,000 meters through the riparian forest of the Salobra River and passes seven other waterfalls, with five swim stops along the way.
It is a full day in nature at the farm reception area, and we accompany each group with a guide throughout the trail.

The trail begins 3,500 meters from the reception headquarters, and only after this approach stretch does the 4,000-meter route through the riparian forest of the Salobra River begin.
In practice, the total walking distance is longer than the trail itself, which is why we reserve the full day for this tour.
Along the way, visitors find colorful birds, butterflies, and the typical vegetation of the riparian forest. There are eight waterfalls in total, with Boca da Onça as the last and tallest one, and five of them have pools for swimming.

The trail is linear, and the effort is concentrated on the stairway that connects the top to the base of the falls.
The day begins with breakfast at the reception area. Then, the first 3,500 meters lead to the point where the trail through the riparian forest begins.
The most defining section of the route is the steep 886-step stairway, equivalent to climbing more than 40 floors at once. Depending on the starting point, the group descends the steps after the waterfall or climbs them before reaching it, which changes each guest's perception of the effort.
Halfway through the route, there is a support kiosk with a bar and restrooms, a real rest stop before continuing. The farm's support vehicle also leaves from here, with capacity for 10 people, as an alternative for those who prefer not to climb the 886 steps on the way back.
The return to the reception area is either by climbing the steps or by taking the support vehicle that leaves from the kiosk. At the reception area, lunch is included, and the structure has a restaurant, changing room, shower, and pool to end the day with comfort.
