Upon arrival at the destination, the client must follow the contracted schedule .
To access the tickets, it is necessary to check in online through the Binamik Ally app .
The release of the contracted services depends on the route balance being zero .
Bonitour reserves the right to change the order of the tour schedule — both times and dates — as long as the itinerary remains within the visitor's stay at the destination.
The itinerary is planned based on the availability of spaces at the attractions and the optimization of transportation ; therefore, any changes will be subject to the agency's approval.
When making a reservation through the Bonitour platform, the customer accepts the applicable policies , which are displayed during the booking process.
Some attractions may have their own policies , including cancellation rules, age restrictions, additional fees, deposits, group policies, and more. This information is available on each service's link within the platform at the time of booking.

If the attraction is operating, cancellation due to rain, extreme cold, or other adverse conditions can only occur with the attraction's authorization .
Cancellation due to weather conditions does not imply rescheduling , especially during peak season, due to low availability .
In these cases, the agency will refund the amount paid .
For customers of mobile operators, the refund will be processed by the operator responsible for selling the package.
Failure to appear at the established time will be considered a "no-show ," and the full cost of the attraction, transportation, and accommodation contracted will be charged.
If a delay is anticipated, the client must notify Bonitour in advance . The agency is not responsible for cancellations or fees resulting from delays.
In Bonito/MS , there is no tolerance for delays. In specific cases, visitors may be relocated , if there is availability—however, Bonitour is not responsible if relocation is not possible.
The transportation service is not linked to the attraction. Therefore, if the tour is canceled while the client is already en route, the transportation fee will be charged as normal .

Cancellation is accepted up to 48 hours in advance for most activities.

Salobra River Canyons: 7 days
Boca da Onça: 7 days
Natural Aquarium Flotation: 10 days
Floating on the Sucuri River: 15 days
Floating down the Rio de la Plata: 20 days
Blue Lake Cave: 15 days (for high and low season)
Note: A refund is guaranteed for cancellations made within these timeframes.

Accommodation: request must be made at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date.
Attractions and Transportation: request at least 15 (fifteen) days in advance of the travel date.
Outside of these timeframes, cancellations will be evaluated upon consultation and may incur administrative fees .
The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the formal cancellation request.
Credit card: credit returned to your bill, which may appear in one or more installments, depending on the card issuer.
Pix: direct transfer to the bank account of the purchase holder.
In cases of force majeure , the refund may be processed earlier.

The Environmental Conservation Fee is a tax-like charge, established by the Municipality of Bonito (MS), through a Municipal Law, with the objective of financing the preservation of the municipality's natural heritage.
The cost is R$ 15.00 per person, per day of the tour , and must be paid directly on the official City Hall website ( www.turistapornatureza.com.br ).
Bonitour informs that payment of the Environmental Conservation Fee is a mandatory prerequisite for finalizing the issuance of your access ticket to the attractions.
The agency is monitoring the confirmation of this payment in the municipal system.
If the fee is not paid and confirmed, the ticket will not be issued and, consequently, the visitor will be denied access to the tours.
As explained above, the Environmental Conservation Fee is a municipal fee and has no financial link to Bonitour .
Refund Responsibility: In cases of cancellation, date changes, or any situation that necessitates a refund of the fee, the request must be made directly to the Municipality of Bonito: www.turistapornatureza.com.br .
Timeframe: The refund process is managed exclusively by the municipal authority and is not immediate. The processing and approval timeframe follows the internal policies of the City Hall.
