The Passport provides access to the attractions included with the admission ticket and includes the necessary equipment for some of the experiences available at the park.

• A set of clothing for access to the Snow Mountain:

  • Thermal jacket;

  • Thermal pants;

  • Boots;

  • Thermal gloves;

• A set of equipment for the ice-skating rink:

  • Skates;

  • Elbow pads;

  • Knee pads;

  • Helmet.

Important Notes for Snowland - Passport

• The park operates from Thursday to Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM;

• Snowland is closed on Wednesdays, except during July, November, December, and the first half of January;

• The park remains open throughout the year;

• There is no age restriction for entering Snowland;

• Children under 2 years old are not allowed to access the Snow Mountain;

• Optional activities such as Snowland Night, Skiing, and Snowboarding are not included in the Passport;

• The Passport includes the equipment and clothing specified for the Snow Mountain and the ice-skating rink.

Rules

Perishable food is not allowed inside the park.

Baby food, such as purees, is allowed as long as it is in factory-sealed packaging and within its expiration date.

Visitors following special diets may bring their own food upon presentation of a medical certificate or report.
