This combo is for those who want a full day without having to choose between snorkeling and hiking.
The morning begins with a 620-meter underwater route at the Rio Azul spring — a contained stretch, without a strong current, that works well even for those who have never snorkeled.
Then, a boat travels 4 km along the Rio Salobra, showing the transition between the Cerrado and the Pantanal. The regional lunch marks the pause before the afternoon waterfall trail — we recommend it for those who prefer a full day with natural breaks built in.

The tour operates at two different points. The snorkeling begins at the Rio Azul spring, 22 km from Bodoquena. The trail and waterfalls are located at Fazenda Cachoeiras Serra da Bodoquena, 74 km from Bonito.
The local structure includes a changing room between the activities, restaurant, swimming pool for free use, Wi-Fi and free parking. There are also showers, regular restrooms, an adapted restroom for people with disabilities, a resting area and a smoking area. The swimming pool and Wi-Fi are useful during the breaks — you can rest and share photos before the next stage.
The attractions are in different locations, and it is necessary to hire transportation to the first and the second attraction.
When hiring shared transportation with Bonitour, the visitor does the Rio Azul Snorkeling in the morning, has lunch at Rio Azul and then continues to Cachoeiras da Serra. In this case, the lunch at Serra is not used.
If using your own or rented car, the visitor can choose where to have lunch and must go on their own to the Cachoeiras da Serra reception area at the agreed time.

The day has three blocks with natural pauses between them. The snorkeling lasts about 2h30 and starts the morning at the Rio Azul spring, without a strong current. The boat trip along the 4 km of the Rio Salobra and the regional lunch act as a transition — it is the moment to dry your clothes and rest. The afternoon trail leads to natural pools for swimming and returns to the farm reception area, where showers and a changing room are available.
The activity lasts about 2h30. The 620-meter route takes place at the spring, with calm water and visibility that allows you to observe fish and underwater plants up close. The group receives prior guidance on the use of equipment and snorkeling techniques before entering the water.
At the end of the snorkeling, the group boards a boat and travels about 4 km along the Rio Salobra until reaching the deck near the reception area. Then, it is time to continue to the next attraction.
Upon arriving at the reception area of Fazenda Cachoeiras Serra da Bodoquena, located 74 km from Bonito/MS, a complete lunch with typical regional dishes is served, providing a delicious pause before the afternoon activities.
The trail leads to several waterfalls with natural pools for swimming. The route allows you to observe the flora and fauna of Serra da Bodoquena. It is not necessary to know how to swim — the use of a life jacket and staff accompaniment ensure safety at the swimming spots.
The trail returns to the farm’s starting point. The reception structure is available for use until the return: showers, changing room and resting area for those who want to stay a little longer before heading back.
The return to Bonito depends on the transportation hired — transfers and taxis usually arrange the departure time directly with the group.

This combo suits those who want a complete day without giving up pace. The morning snorkeling requires little physical energy — the current is gentle and the route is short. The afternoon trail is classified as easy, with stops for swimming between the waterfalls.
We recommend it for families with children over 5, couples looking for variety in the same day and travelers who prefer not to build an itinerary on their own.
For people with reduced mobility, the trail may be a point of attention — it is worth speaking with a consultant before booking. Those seeking pure adrenaline may find the pace calm, but those who want contemplation and variety in the same day will find the right balance here.
